Apple IPHONE 4 32GB like new 6 months old 02 network ?

more or less new iphone 4 32GB version just passed the 6 months warranty as this was a replacment as my other iphone broke and was replaced under the warranty. includes charger and cable and a plastic and metal cover. has been in a cover with screen protector since it was bought no box as this was a replacment from apple but i have apple reciept and serial number can be checked.
